Throughout history people used to spend maximum time walking or doing physical activities to accomplish their work which kept them fit and they lived longer life without major medical issues..If you interact with your grand parents or ask them how much distance they used to walk daily or how much they used to exercise they body daily for doing work..Today we have become slaves of technology for comfort which is effecting our health..Science and technology do save our time and makes life faster but people who have to sit for 8-11 hours at office and even after finishing work continue to sit on couches for hours at home has 54% more chance of heart attack.
